That $20 charge was most likely for your domain renewal.

Every year your domain needs to be renewed with our registrar. This is mandatory if you want to keep your domain and this is a charge which is separate from your hosting service.

When you purchased your hosting services we gave you a domain name for free and if you wish to keep it you'll need to continue renewing it!

New domain purchases also cost $20 to purchase.

Once you purchase a new domain through the Ataama platform we'll take care of setting up your WordPress website so you'll be up and running as soon as possible. (usually 24-48 hours from time of purchase).
